bill clinton and hillary clinton also expected to attend. no word yet if the clintons will be flying on air force one with presidents obama and bush. we've just learned a spokesman for former president carter also telling nbc he is going to south africa as part of the elders delegation. he will not be on air force one with the obamas. new today in politics, president obama is scheduled to speak this hour about u.s.-israeli relations in the current environment. part of a forum sponsored by the saban center at the brookings institute. other speakers include secretary of state john kerry, israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu. new today, the president is calling on congress to extend unemployment benefits set to expire on december 28th. >>. >> the nonpartisan congressional budget office predicted allowing them to expire will be a drag on economic growth next year. a report by the department of labor and my council of economic advisors estimated could cost businesses 240,000 jobs. and without the ability to feed their families or pay the bills, many people currently looking for work
